The sustainable development is defined as “the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” The concept came into general usage following publication of the 1987 report of the Brundtland Commission — formally, the World Commission on Environment and Development, set up by the United Nations General Assembly. Therefore, with the purpose of pursuing the sustainable development the modes of production and consumption should respect the environment and enable men to meet their own basic needs: feed, housing, dressing, education and living in a sane environment.
The purpose is to maintain the economic development compatible with the social equality and the ecosystems, while the environment is balanced.
Origine has chosen to contribute to the sustainable development using plastic materials recovered from the selective garbage collection. Its “know-kow” in the field of recycled materials, united to the complete control of the life circle of its eco-compatible products, allows Origine to offer a real answer to the rational use of the available resources.
Thinking about future generations, Origine has opted to the creation of a cleaner world, day after day. |
